Diplomacy in 3rd Intro(Beta 1.12)

Bug: Unable to negotiate with locked ally

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Begin 3rd Intro Conquest as Germany(locked alliance with Theodora)
2. Attempt diplomacy with Theodora(through F4 or D box on side of screen)

Observed result: game crashes to desktop

Expected result: begin diplomacy with Theodora

You heard it once, you'll hear it again. Could you please upload a save game from just before you have this crash? And add the specific keystrokes you used to get it to crash from the save? Please use the upload feature at the bottom of this page to upload your save game.

I tested this in 1.15 and got no crash - Diplomacy with Theodora worked fine. And I'm sure this isn't something that has been addressed in the recent patches, so if you havent already fixed the problem, try reinstalling the game from scratch.
