My original orders were to attack brest... then i changed my mind and went MAO... so we both should have and could have... all night long. its all about out-guess each other i should say... and praying for diplomatic help form elsewhere in my case.

I'm of the opinion that France had no other move than Fleet to Brest. There's no reason to risk losing Brest.

I have no idea how England's build got messed up; will go fix it.
