Most people in OT can be smarter than the mean in OT. Just means that the median is above the mean.

But I console myself by the fact that I have the marksmanship abilities to shoot any of the eggheads who mock me for being dumber between the eyes. AND the 2nd amendment right to have the tools to do the job.
