Just a note, anyone who uses this to make some sort of an allusion--especially a serious allusion--to their supposed sexual performance is almost definitely a virgin (or has only slept with fatties/uglies)*

*the exception being robo, who we all know is a frisco pimp who pinches tons of the finest hoes alive.

The simple and obvious answer to Colonels comment is twofold. First, he wants us to believe that he actually gets girls--that's the aim of the post. Second, and more revealingly, is the fact that as a guy who's all *about* the fact that he's one of those military pansy wannabe-toughguys, he probably associates with a lot of other military pansy wannabe-toughguys. Couple that with the fact that he's chosen the air force as his military branch of choice*, and its clear what sort of friends Colonel really visits when he ends up sleeping naked.

*the air force tends to attract those types. See here for an explanation of how the main airforce-attracting movie is all about that type of stuff. I realize Colonel will disavow any association with Top Gun so he doesn't look gay, but seriously, with all the other evidence nobody is going to believe it.

I sleep in my underwear only. Unless I was really drunk the day before and passed out on the bed, then I have my clothes on. Usually waking up sometime during the night just to take my clothes of and go back to sleep.

found out that sleeping with a t-shirt is better for my skin, so I generally wear a t-shirt and boxers in bed.

Since i live in one of those countries without air conditioning, i have to adjust for changing temperatures by adding or removing layers of clothes/bear pelt blankets/sleep closer or further away from the campfire.

Winter: thermal underwear + heavy blanket + space warmer
Spring & Fall: T-shirt + boxers + towel type blanket
Summer: nekkid + thin blanket + aircon

what Dann said.

but since its usually warm in Singapore. i seldom wear anything.

I sleep usually in underwear, of course, at LANs or at school or whatever I just sleep clothed in a chair or something.

I imagine I'm sort of used to that from all the camping where you had to stay dressed to keep warm at nights.
umm, actually especially if it's cold it's smarter to wear less in your sleeping bag, no? (or do you camp without that?)

anyway, I sleep usually in underpants and t-shirt. If it's really hot I lose the shirt.

When I (try) to sleeped naked I go to the toilet every 15 minutes... I sleep with boxers and T-shirt, even in the winter. It's healthy!
