I'm not sure where you're getting that idea from.
In case you forgot, I never downvoted Japan in the first round of this game.
In fact, other than merijn_v1, I supplied some of the most upvotes for it.
If I change my tactics for this second round and decide to knock out your picks, that becomes persecution?
Does FirstThunder feel persecuted for my constant targeting of Rome in the last round?
(Probably, actually, but at least Rome still made it to finals)

As for the Premier bit, I find it highly illogical and impossible that you can go from exile to suddenly the head of a foreign country.
