And how much work is needed on him?
It would be much better if you could finalize the LH the way you wanted
It's not that urgent, I can wait a couple more weeks if there is a chance that you finish the LH

Absinthe, have you gotten the Meiji version you wanted? If not, I might have it, depending on how old you mean...

Thanks for your help, but Farsight wanted that LH.
I'm not sure if he got it from the Civ Gold link I provided in the last page
If not, it might be easier for him if you upload the file separately

If you really start to work on them, could you also finish that Pope?
I would still like to add it to RFCE

I attached a RAR file that has all the Civ5 Leader backgrounds in jpeg format. I modified the xml so the leader model wouldnt show and just have the BG. This should add some nice BGs.

FYI - I have dibs on Egypt, China, and Rome to update three of my leaderheads ;)

I'm also curious how will the Civ V Theodore look like
This mean you plan to base your version on that one?
Also do you still work on Bhutto, or it's rigging was way too messed up?

Depends what the Civ5 one looks like. If its good, and think Civ5 has done a decent job on making realistic LHs, then I'll base it off of that.

My other issue with the theodora I was doing was trying to get it to use a colonization King animation and it was a pain to get it lined up and rigged right.

I've had decent amount of luck on the rigging and getting it back on the skeleton. When I run an animation it looks like the lips are a little off so I'm looking at that. I also plan to do the full texture optimizing work (baking it on one dds and building the shading textiures) plus make the greeting animation a little more unique. With luck I should have it done next friday.

Bhutto is rigged and playable. Texture baked. Still need to:

    1) fix clipping issues
    2) make new normal, spec, etc. dds files (includes fixing the glowing white)
    3) make unique greeting animation

Please make Alexander II for Civ4! It can be done on the basis of Napoleon III.
