Due to the refusal of Paraguay to even acknowledged Bolivia's Ultimatum Bolivia will now take military action.
Right now the Bolivian Army is marching over the border in order to seize control of Paraguay's government. Any forces encountered will be asked to stand down. Refusals will be treated as acts of aggression and such incidents will cause us to consider the offenders as hostiles.
