Explain why your country is better than the US

Well search it yourself and then compare it is not that difficult. Search some data from serious sources and then compare . Here you have one specially funny:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_GDP_%28PPP)
No only about how they childishly put USA above EU in contrast with the other sources, but also the way they round up the numbers: "China: 10,000,000". Would not be better to write "we have no idea"?

Another one: Spanish population is listed as 40 millions when it is much higher since many yers ago, and according to the official census it is well over 44 millions right now. The funny part is that in the CIA factbbok it says 40 millions is "2006 est." :D

Ah, your chosen source - and a fine one it is. Why not use it, to find the dates of various countries (CZE, ROM), which got this whole debate started (after Winner said his country was older than the US). I think you'll find little or no difference to the 'farcical' CIA factbook - which I was never originally using.

Thus my retort (that the U.S. 'IS' indeed older than CZE, and ROM, since Mirc piped up) remains...

Technically. -That's all we're going by here. It's common sense the culture in the Czech Republic or Romania "is older". But, are the 'countries'...? Apparently not. So, all this was for nothing, other than the fact that people like to argue. Some people just can't admit the simple, obvious truth. Black and white text.... like the fact that the U.S. has more land surface area than Canada. :mischief:

I mean, it's just reading. Not that tough.
