Fall Flat Release

I might be able to do it this weekend, but some work related stuff has come up and nobody pays me to develop Flat. Sorry guys! After this one though, I should be able to have a patch out within an hour or two of Fall Further's patch, through secret ninja kung-fu voodoo.

:) Some questions:

1. How do the Wizard's Hall and Cave of Ancestors give random free promotions?

2. Where do you edit the turn times for Adaptive trait (I want to change the standard 50 turns)?

OK, if you update it before another parch from Kael/Vehem, use this please :)

Firstly: I guess I'm glad I didn't get a chance to sit down with Patch K since Patch L has already obsoleted it! (Actually, to be honest I was hoping Vehem would sit down with the Jotnar and get them working so I could focus on other things :) )

Secondly: That is a sexy Pillar of Chains and as that's one of my favorite wonders, I'ma taking it!

1) It's all done through Python - it's also dependant on what kind of mana you have when you build the unit (you can't get a random free Treetop Defense warrior without access to Nature Mana) More mana of any types increases the chance - six fire mana may not give you new spells, but it will increase the chances of your troops spawning in with a spell.

2) Not a clue, off the top of my head.

Deon is still tweaking the pillar of chains model, so you probably shouldn't use that one.

The last version he posted in the art team blog already looks better

Not in it's current form, but my new patch should be out sometime this evening and will include everything in Patch L of Fall Further - including Jotnar.

The model for the Scion Abomination (immortal) is really...out of character. I can understand there being a unit that is a blend of bodyparts and such, but the current Abomination model is nothing more than a mouth with arms, quite unappealing. Even the Abomination from Warcraft 3 (not WoW) had more appeal and relevance to the word Abomination.

I'd honestly like to give it a proper model that isn't that, because every time I see it,I don't go "scion abomination" i go "why are there Chaos Horrors over here?"

It's out this evening?? Yay! Been waiting for it. I can't play without my super Amurites Wizards!

Should be. I'm just one guy... tra la la. Should be able to do it while everyone else is taking turns in D&D tonight, though.
