Have you watched a Flintstones episode in the past decade? Do you really care?

I don't care.

Yeah...I was never a big fan of the show...Although I must admit I am grateful for what it did to animated television though.

I'm not deeply concerned about the Flintstones, but I'm dumbfounded that Seth is continually making the same cliches and tropes in show after show. How can he possibly do anything but the same ol' shtick he's been beating the horse with for over a decade?

I've begun to find him [McFarlane] annoying more than anything else.

Hopefully he goes away soon like Dane Cook did.

I've seen a few episodes of the Flintstones, and I thought it was good. I've also seen a few commercials of Family Guy. I weep at the thought of how this guy is going to butcher a once great show. :(

I'm going to LOL if Macfarlane tries to shoehorn anti-religious and political sentiments into the Flintstones. Even I'm not that much of a troll.

The Flintstones was an awful show. The only damage here is McFarlane making yet another show.

“The very first cartoon character I drew at age two was Fred Flintstone,” said MacFarlane in a press release.
That's hard to believe, my two-year old can't draw for squat (she can kind of make a face).

Well it ain't like MacFarlane is some kind of Da Vinci.

I can't wait until he goes away. He embarrasses RISD.

Family Guy was kinda funny for a while. Nothing else he's done has been funny, and Family Guy isn't funny anymore either. If I cared about the Flintstones, I'd be outraged.

He uses his characters as a soapbox too much. I don't like to be preached at.

A lot of his "work" is just unfunny and politically-motivated. I like American Dad, however, which compels me to believe that he might not be that involved in its writing. Surprisingly enough I find it's less preachy than Family Guy or the Cleveland Show.

I don't know. Seth is also the guy who gave us Johnny Bravo. I'm hoping that's the Seth we're going to see, especially since he's saying it's aimed at children.

Is that true? Have you seen the "Road to multiverse" episode of family guy? The flintstones is made fun of in that episode, as cheap and lazy.

I drew about as well at age two as I do currently.
You were either an extremely gifted toddler or an absolutely terrible artist now.

I draw at about the same level as I do when I was about seven or eight though.
