Yes, the borders agreed upon will be honoured. Also, we have recently acquired a number of exquisite goods and are delivering them to you as a state gift. (Disregard the royal seal of Teredan on the mugs 
).
EDIT: We believe we would both profit from increased trade relations and a formal Treaty of Brotherhood ((10ish turn NAP? Whatever you'd agree to))

I know you said that and that is why none of the lands are settled you conquered but you had to break the land agreement to defeat Teraden.
