Allah recognises Ninjacow as sovereign of Russia.

News got to me that Major Ninjacow is the new leader of Russia from some sources in Paris. I, and hopefully all of my fellow Daedalian brothers officially recognise him as the Sovereign leader of Russia and all of its people.

I also heard the rumours of Ninjacow's ascent, from one T. R. Oll, and wish him a long and prosperous reign.

Yes, you can now hire. At the moment, however, you can probably afford 1gold/turn

Perhaps NPC's should be able to buy things too. Yes...there's a new feature I can think of...
