It is also a Greek word for nation (as in ethnic group), which I tended to assume it meant since the other Elohim leader's name is in Greek.

(Edit: I just checked, and while Logos is obviously Greek, Einion is Celtic.)

Does the palace count? Because nobody gets a "Palace" but rather a "Civilization's palace"

If that doesn't, uhm *should know this but doesn't, hazards a dumb guess* how about Training Yard, I know at least the Bannor, Luchiurp and Balseraph's get something else instead (Bannor Training Yard, Workshop something, Arena)
