Well, I can say there are few moments where the forums loads up reliability and some just takes three to five minutes to load a page 
. Even Is site down reports that it's down during the period of slowness.

That happens if someone posted while you were writing your reply. And when you click to "go to new post" thing for some unknown reason it takes you to your own post instead of the previous one that you didn't see.

I've worked out to embed youtube vids . I was wondering how I post pictures ? From google images for example ?
The picture code being if you right click on an image and chose the Copy Image Location from the menu items.
Quote this post and look at what I did to see what it looks like.
You can also hit the icon that looks like
and paste the code in the box that pops up.

which isn't a valid URL.
Say you're wanting to paste my avatar as an image. The URL is:

So what you'd do is put that URL in the [img][/img] tags, like:
