At the World Student Games in Sheffield UK, during the opening ceremony the first British Astronaut (some woman from Sheffield called Helen something), dropped the eternal flame on the way to lighting the torch, set the red carpet on fire, and when she picked the eternal flame back up it had GONE OUT. I have no pictures though. I laughed so hard when I saw that on the telly.
