First Siam declared war on the Khmer Republic, and the Khmer persuaded the Celts to declare war on the Siamese. Then, the Siamese persuaded the Iroquois to declare war on the Celts, and also persuaded the English to declare war on the Khmer. End result: 20 DoWs pre-Defensive pacts.

I think what's stranger is how many vassals there are this early, and a civ small enough to be a city-state still having two vassals.

More AI silliness. A huge dog pile has occured on me and my new ally Boudica that left the world hating on us. Even my allies are trying to attack poor Boudica. Now, before I go on, I have to say in this mod (Community Civ V) you require certain refined resources to build a unit. For an example, in order to build a SAM Infantry, you not only need to required techs, but Ammunition as well as AT guns. In order to get riflemen, you need gunpowder and rifles (and forges to make them). Gunpowder is a refined resource that requires a raw resource Sulfur and Forges to make gunpowder. You can also trade raw or refined resources to other civs.

But that's not the focus here. The focus is Boudica HAS sulfur sitting in her empire...

...and has been sitting here all this time. She has the Gunpowder tech to mine that sulfur... but the trick has farms here. Idiot. What's worse...

..she is begging for sulfur here...

Now I could tell her to go mine the crap herself, but being a gentleman, I accepted the offer.
