The japanese revered deers so much they made a gigantic deer feeder with a gold round roof :p

And fact #5

Pigs in japan deserved a marble pigsty in the top of a hill to ensure that the feces of the pigs came downwill to the cities :p

what's up with the empty pasture?

What mod is that? It's not rhyes and fall o.O?

Several Mods merged into one.
Civ Gold
BUG
The Mod my Dad made a few years back. (it does a lot of things mostly to do with free buildings when cities are founded and other bits) (there is a LOT of things in it but I'll list them if you want)
And a Great Wall Mod that each time the builder founds a city on the same continent the Wall will expand to all of your new borders (of that city and your cities whose borders are larger than when the Wall came up) making a literal spaghetti of Great Wall. (its only a visual Mod and has no effect on the wonder)

I like that Great Wall Mod :D

Infact, that mod sounds really cool. You ever consider releasing it? :D

I didn't make it. And sadly I would not know what files it belongs to as it has been merged into the base game like how BUG is. (i.e. not a Mod I have to manually load like the merged Civ Gold and my personal one)

Does it add new religions by any chance but at the same time doesn't clutter with loads of useless buildigins and units xD?

No no it doesn't add any religions but it does do some neat things with them. Whenever someone founds a religion every city of there's gets that religion in it as well. Also when they found one the religion auto spreads to every city of someone they have met (excluding people who have founded a religion themselves, people previously selected for the auto spread, the AP builder and resident). It does this to get the late religions some Civs that will actually follow it.

Any new buildings or units come from Civ Gold as new UUs and UBs for there various Civs.
However my Mod does neat things with buildings. They are.........
Whenever someone founds there original capitol they get there UB and the building it replaces built in the cap for free and if necessary get for free whatever the prerequisite building for the UB is. For instance if I'm the Greeks when I found Athens I get a free Odeon and Colosseum in my capitol. However you can not build the UB in your other cities until you get the required tech and you can never build the replacement building in any of your other cities. Its a 1 time free building.
Also note Civs with a UB that has to have a specific terrain to build (like the Vikings) they will always start in an area to be able to get it.
Also 1 exception is the Japanese who do not get a free Coal Plant in addition to there UB as it would have no good benefit on top of the Shale Plant but would provide more unhealthy for no reason.

Also each city founded by any civ get up to 6 free buildings based on there Leader's traits. They are...... (note you do not need the required tech to get them for free)
Aggressive = Barracks, Drydock, Jail
Creative = Library, Theatre, Colosseum
Expansive = Granary, Harbor, Aqueduct
Financial = Bank, Market, Grocer
Industrious = Forge, Factory, Industrial Park
Organized = Lighthouse, Factory, Courthouse
Philosophical = Library, University, Observatory
Spiritual = Monument, Courthouse, Hospital
Imperialistic = Barracks, Granary, Hospital
Protective = Walls, Castle, Security Bureau
Charismatic = Monument, Theatre, Broadcast Tower
Note Though if someone has a UB that replaces any of the above they get there UB free in every city instead.

If someone captures a city the free buildings they get in it are the free buildings from the previous Civ. Also in every city captured that does not get it normally for free you can build the previous Civ's UB in addition to whatever building replaces it (assuming your UB does not have the same replacement otherwise you can not.
Example I as the Sumerians capture a city of Holy Rome's. (for this example it is not there original capitol) I get the free building Charle would have gotten (Barracks, Granary, Hospital, Walls, Castle, Security Bureau) and I can build his Rathaus in addition to my Ziggurat however as neither me nor my victim had access to a regular Courthouse I can not build it. If I were to instead capture a Japanese city I get the free buildings Toku would have gotten and build a regular Courthouse in that city in addition to being able to build my Ziggurat. However in either case I can not build there UB or the building that replaces my UB in cities I founded. I can only do such in cities I capture. Also you of course have to have the required tech to build the buildings. (though if its one you get for free no tech is required)
This way it gets Civs buildings they would otherwise not have access to via capturing cities.

Also if you capture someone's city you can build there UU in it and you can build the unit it replaces if you normally have access to it and in either case can build your UU in it. For instance me as Sumeria captures a Japanese city I can build a Samurai and Mace in that city in addition to my Vulture. However if I capture one of Bull's cities I can build Dogs and Vultures but no Axes in that city.

Another neat detail is cities that culture flip or are captured retain there culture. So if I capture a Legendary Culture city after the revolt ends it goes back to Legendary Culture. If a city with 1000 culture flips to me it will still have 1000 culture and not go back to 0.
(This opens up a sub victory condition I called Culquest where you wait for an AI to get Legendary Culture then you take there city and hard work for yourself. Do this 3 times and you win.)
Also Wonders and other buildings continue to produce culture for there new owner rather than shutting off the culture like they do in default Civ when captured.
Also whenever someone's original capitol culture flips while they own it then all there cities will revolt and join that Civ in the next 2 turns. However the original capitol must currently be owned by them (not have been captured and under someone else's control) for this to happen. It does not need to have always stayed theres to happen. If it gets captured and they take it back if it flips to a third Civ immediately after then the event will happen. Also it does not have to be the current capitol only there original capitol and currently under there control to happen.

Finally with every city you found you get 1 Free Worker spawned in that city square. You get 2 Workers instead if your in Slavery.

what's up with the empty pasture?

I forgot to write that its an AI city. Usually I would build something else.
and its from my mod where plantations/quarries/pastures/camps can be build without resources (with some requirement such as features/terrain though ;))

I would be really interested in the Great Wall component of this mod. Do you want to share the whole mod and let someone pull out the GW part?

I feel so proud of this. :smoke: To bad this won't ever happen IRL.

Spoiler :

It reminds me of this map which was circulating after the 2004 U.S. Presidential Election.

usc_jesusland.jpg

I also saw a version where the green area was labelled "Texas", which would probably be more accurate.

I think it's from FfH or Fall Further, from what I was able to look up. I like the idea, too.
