Let's lynch azzaman333, because you can't pass a test by not taking it. Yesterday, I asked him what ability or benefit the opera ticket gave him. He said he didn't want to reveal what it did for now, which might have been fine if I myself hadn't started with an identical opera ticket or if I didn't know what it did. His ticket allows him, after Day 3 when the opera arrives, to take control of Smurfette.
You might think at this point, that there's nothing wrong with not wanting to reveal to any and every random person that asks that you have the ability to take control of Smurfette. But there is, because there are three other types of tickets in the game, and if any of them are used the same night as his is, the other person will take precedent and gain control of Smurfette. And since I was given that information with my ticket, I sincerely doubt azzaman didn’t know this either. Why be so secretive on one of the weakest items? The only reason if would be useful then, is for it to be used further in to the game when the other tickets are probably gone. I assume the Mafia has some reason/desire to control Smurfette just like the townies do; and if it factors into the Mafia end-game I think that ticket would be a great item for the Mafia to have in the final days, and that plan works best without the Town knowing its function. Unfortunately, with this game's setup lynching azzaman probably won't get rid of the ticket since he can simply give it to one of his teammates (not sure if that has to be public or not?). Nevertheless, I think the only reason you'd want to have the ticket is for decidedly un-Townie reasons so azzaman should be the lynch and that could be at least one down.
At any rate, as bad as bangwagons usually are, with this setup I’m not sure were doing ourselves any favors by slightly damaging different people each day; it’s not like we can win by letting the Mafia be the only ones killing.
