Some Germans... the one with the fur vest looks strange and not very historical.

The Prussian assault offensive continues! Bow before King Frederick's might soldiers!!!

Prussian Landwehr 1815 (yes, even old people still have some fight left in them ;)):

I also had another pic ready for previewing (rendered and so forth) but the prnt-scrn button feature wasn't working on my computer for some reason, so I just gave up. Guess I'll post it later on. :crazyeye:

Where in the Sam Hill are them concept arts that Zulu had? He was in the process of making one of them into a unit, and never finished dang him! (I'll edit this post if I find them).

Ahah, found em:

(from this thread)

Ah, now I know why the Germans had won in the Teutoburg Forest against the mighty Roman legions: They had Blue Jeans! :)

Nice work, but what are you going to do with all these units? ;)

Look in my sig...there's this weird thing called "Vaterland: Rise of the German Reich". I'm sure some of these will make an appearance. ;)

Here's the unit I spent the night working on. Finally got the prn-scrn button to work:

Oh my stinkin' goodness! Sweeeeeeeeeet...

By the way, I have the Osprey books Germanic Warrior 236-568 AD and Rome's Enemies (1): Germanics and Dacians if you want me to scan you a bunch of artwork.

You know I'd love that!!! Those books usually have the best references (usually more historically accurate than the Pegaso Models I usually use).

OMG that is a perfect late war German infantry, Now having to wait for them is driving me crazy.

Oh man, I wish I had the ability to render faster. In fact, sometimes my lame computer just shuts off while rendering. I believe I am going to have to do all the actual rendering at my friends house. His computer will take care of it fast. Just a matter of getting all the models assembled (including the animations set up), going to his place, and sitting back while the computer goes at it.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience...if you guys like, I'll let you buy me a super computer!!! ;)

I'd be happy to set my machine to render some of these overnight if you're itching to speed up the process. I don't think I'll be doing any rendering of my own for a little bit here

what specs do you have? Perhaps I could help you?

Intel(R)
Celeron(R) CPU 3.20GHz
3.20GHz, 512 MB RAM

I'm pretty sure my biggest problems right now are:
1) my processer is overheating since the air ventilator is kicking the bucket
and
2) my RAM levels are simply too low!

If you have some tips how to increase the productivity of my comp, I'm all ears! :D
