I mainly focused on infra, but military is picking up after that. I gathered our forces south of Leptis Minor, including 2 armies (one of them is empty). We have 3 frigates and 9 galleons on the way. I suggest using the sword army for Spain, and load an infantry into it after the landing. It could pillage Spain before we have enough units to take out Spain (you could build some explorers to help with that). The other army can load 3 cavs and take out Hitties (do not load the 4th as we need to bring it back to Spain). We have 5 settlers ready to settle on Spainish land.
I suggest making peace with Sumeria asap. He might be a good trading partner - we need to sell techs to make money.
Oh, Cirta should be abandoned. I forgot to do that. Gades too after the settler is completed.
