GRAND OPENING: CivFanatics File Database

that is a good idea...a "View this users files" option on our profiles...tho it could be argued that putting it in your siggy works as well...

The "Member's Files" section is already there in our profiles. I just want to be able to directly link to it in forum posts, instead of the whole profile, the same way I can directly link to a forum post like this.

Added a small check so uploader can't rate their own files. Now it shows the message "You cannot rate your own file. " instead of the rating drop down.

Checking for uploader is simpler, since it's just one user, while for the Author field it can have multiple user names and other non-username values (ex. Firaxis Games).

Hey TF,

Is there some way make the database have the forum feed from a specific thread for the entry in comments section, instead of the little message board?

You mean over 10 MB limit? You would have to PM me about it and I could give you FTP access to upload the file.

I can see them. :p Not on the downloads database pages though, but in the forum's admin panel.

Stormrage,

Here's an invisionfree admin panel. I'm sure his vBulletin panel is more complex, but... that's all I have access to. :)

And please let's get back on topic now. :)

This may be a silly question, but if I have a mod that exceeds the 10 MB limit and can't be uploaded here, can I still link to it on another site through the database using the "link to file" option?
