The other way round, Yemen and Oman have both, most other countries have one or neither.

I really doubt it. I mean... the Alps aren't in, nor is Nepal.

Did you make the map yourself?
Cause I am a bit alarmed by what you said I mean using red for countries that are either on one end of the scale or the other end, while blue is... what? At both ends of the scale? (not seeing how; and if it is in the middle, again I am not sure how this works. Will be very surprised if blue is really ≈ n/2 ( n ⊆ N*), with red being close to 1 and n, gray = 0).
