Guess the map 15: GDP or population?

Something to do with age gradients?

Percent over 65 years of age?
I thought both about percentage of retired population or foreign-born population, but they don't match.
France has a younger population than Spain but is two shades darker.
France has more foreign-born population than Finland but is one shade lighter.

So I guess it's something else (or the map is badly wrong).

Percent over 65 years of age?
Er... yes this is the exact map :hmm:

Anyone else is welcome to give a new map. I'm not good at that.

Yeah, that's a good choice.
