Well, whaddya know. Been playing Axis & Allies the past couple weekends and have tanks on the brain. Otherwise I probably never would've thought of that.

Yeah, the (blurry) numbers and the colors are the same thing. It's one data set, not two. (So that's gray -> green -> yellow -> orange -> red).
Yeah, i'm not saying "no tips". I'll manage to drop by and give you guys the category or things like that if you make no headway.
Just don't be surprised if you are stuck for, like, a day or day and a half, and i'm not around to help.
Economic performance of regions is very likely among the root causes of the distribution.
