In other words: in what are Guyana, the Bahamas and Taiwan different from the rest of the world?
Guyana is a different shade of blue than Taiwan
Something to do with the environment? Carbon emissions/footprint, that sort of thing?
It is a scale from red to blue. Reddish brown is highest the dark blue is the lowest.But the rest of the world has shades of yellow/red....
As far as I could tell it was the whole of IrelandIt's something measured separately for the constituent nations of the UK rather than Britain as a whole (or if it's to do with legal matters it's a devolved matter for the Scottish Parliament and Welsh Assembly) although for some reason Northern Ireland seems to be counted with the Republic of Ireland. Is that intentional or an oversight?
