edit: could please somebody who knows that he only has a non shader graphic card (and therefore can´t display shader graphics) test this leaderhead (i´m interested if i counts as shader or non shader leaderhead (graphic engine wise) the way it was created) and report back

would be really glad if somebody can do it, to the other problem, the armband has a very 'different' material setting (all colors full white and very low gloss value, better values are: ambient and diffuse: full white, specular and emission: full black, Glossiness 10, alpha 1) and also a not really needed NiSpecularProperty (simply remove it), changing this should solve the problem
 
The texture isn't showing because I wasn't able to get it to work in civ, and I have to do that to mess with the material properties in NifSkope (so I can get them right) so that isn't a problem, and can easily be fixed. Is there a chance you could post a few screen shots of what he looks like though? Because if its only the greeting I can change it to peter's greeting, which would probably work better for Hitler than Tokugawa's, but I wanted to see what Tokugawa's look like normally anyway (to see what his face looks like).

I'm on that, if Smeagol could send me the fixed files I'd be more than happy to fix that stuff (which I can do) and I'll even upload it to the database tonight if we can get this going. I just want to get his anims good so it doesn't look like Alexander so much.
 
I'm trying to find a BG right now. I want to make it relatively pleasing to the eyes (the color scheme, not the whole swastika/Hitler bit) and so far I have this:

But it looks too much like a painting for a bg in civ. Unless someone can doctor it up somehow.

There weren't any fixed files. I just used this for the last line in lhartdefines:

Which is the background from the other Hitler leaderhead (the Sharpei one with the "wrinkly" face)

I think generic napolean_bg or even just alexs' bg kfm would work.
 
Actually, you can use another animation from Tokugawa as the greeting. Preferably an angry one.
 
I'll try and find something, I've looked a lot so far though and can't find anything good. I guess I'll just have to stick with the regular one. So basically I just move the Napoleon_bg.kfm and the art file into that folder and then change the background XML?

aye should work, El Hidalgo's bg kfm doesn't work.
 
The only anims that work with Alexander are Tokugawa and Peter. Which one do you think would go better?

with some adjustment/rerigging you can get alexander to work with augustus. I did that with my latest bolivar. this way you get the salute.

and didnt the original stuf posted by el hildago have textures?
 
What if we gave Hitler the animation that Tokugawa uses when he accepts a deal, or maybe the one when he rejects a deal, and use that as a greeting?

You need to copy the greeting from augustus and change the name.
 
Doesn't it need "rerigging" (I don't know what that means)

rerigging means fixing some bonus via blender (assigning some of the poygons to different bones so the animation doesnt distort the model)

try copying augustus over and renaming them to match the alexander ones. it'll do the salute just not sure how it distorts the model (I think the jaw gets messed up :dunno:)
 
Here's the saluting hitler.

Can someone make the armband work? It's still showing up as a white thingy.

I would say this is beta as the button is from the other hitler (along with the background) and his hand seems a bit big in the salute but this could be near completion.
