How do you like your steak?

I think I have got all the different varieties of how you can have a steak, but if there are others, then do say so.

I like mine medium well done. I like having just a little bit of pink in the middle.

Rare... blood red. Anything else is charcoal.

I've even braved having it blue a couple of times. Was very nice, but one must be very sure of the quality to go for it.

Blue is basicly uncooked.

Medium Well done, well done is too burnt and anything less besides medium is not cooked enough.

If it's high quality, I like it almost bloody inside. If it's poor quality, then I slather on HP sauce anyway, and prefer it as 'medium'.

Just enough heat to sterilze the meat. Yeah. That's really good. It's better if you're not a squeamish person, though.

I love medium rare but since no one can cook "medium rare" I get medium which always turns out to be "medium rare".

I'm the opposite. I order rare because I know if I order medium rare I'll get medium.

In any event, you left off "Pittsburgh rare".

Medium, usually, but I almost always say Medium-well, because everyone else's medium seems to be medium-rare, to me.
