How is your EU3 Game going?

Please tell me this is Aragonese Spain...Castille is for derps :p

Anyway, the third situation happened in history...you lost because your soldiers were tired and exhausted (no morale) so they had to retreat...think for a while about it and it makes perfect sense.

I'm kind of a derp

How could my soldiers retreat when they were absolutely destroying the enemy and were about to finish them off? That was an invasion in which they'd all certainly die if they retreated because they didn't have any place safe to retreat into...

Have you ever tough of how soldiers get tired?
You are a soldier in that army, you kill the enemies but waves after waves of them keep coming, at one point you'll have to retreat in order to restock ammunition, rest...

They also have no idea how many troops the enemy has. If the enemy has thrown wave after wave after wave after wave what's to say they don't have even more waves?

I noticed that in Meiou the OPM "free city of Lubeck" has a production of 250 ducats in its province, and an added income of 1000 ducats from trade... Is that logical? Why does no one attack it? I will have to check who guarantees it but since it is in northern Germany i suppose attacking it would bring a horde of HRE armies and other allies against you...

Dude, it started with 69k friendlies vs 115k hostiles and they just gave up when there were 55k friendlies vs 7k hostiles?

If they turned a 3 vs 5 fight into a 8 vs 1 fight, they just wouldn't fall back. With that advantage, there's absolutely no reason at all to just stop fighting!

ffs stop being so insistent, keep in mind that in a battle there are RESERVES.
And that not all of your troops were fighting at the same time.

Plus, do you think your soldiers are little supermans that can fight for days whiout rest? Seriously?

When the frontline has no morale left, it falls back to the "camp" and the reserves are sent to it...

Just waiting on the Protestant Reformation and a better Diplo ruler to form Prussia. Recently annexed 3PM vassal Pommerania, who I had a Boundary Dispute core on. Magdeburg is a vassal, and Brunswick and Saxe-Lauenburg are my PU subjects. Mazovia is the result of a collapsed Lithuania, and are perpetually declaring war on me with their incredibly annoying ally Sweden.

....okay, it's vanilla...nothing too much...stay calm...

OH LOOK, THE BBB, OH MY, SWEDEN AND AUSTRIA! EVEN THE OTTOMANS ARE IN TRANSYLVANIA?!

I did a clean reinstall of the game, and I forgot to change the settings so they're on all default; France and Austria are lucky, and maybe the Ottomans too.

EDIT: Since that screenshot, I got Boundary Dispute on Mecklenburg and took it. One more Germany province down. :D

Off topic, but what is the "Revolt risk in your province(s)' banner image supposed to be? It has always looked like some sort of lizard to me.

New new beta:

- Fixed the national focus effect :)
- Ledger is clickable again.
- Normalised relative naval damage algoritms to be constant through the ages, aka naval battles should be same length through the ages.
- Navies unloading should now cancel unloading and retreat if forced to retreat.

So, a lot of screenies :

From my Mughals game on D&T :
Spoiler :
