how much of cocoa do you prefer in you chocolate?

personally i prefer milk chocolate with less than 70 percent. it just tastes sweeter with not that much cocoa.
what do you think?

I don't usually pay attention to the percent.

I do prefer white chocolate (the real kind, made from cocoa butter, not the more common fake stuff) to dark chocolate, but I'm not really sure whether I prefer it to milk chocolate.

If I'm eating chocolate like candy, below 50. If I'm eating it as a dessert, 70.

With Peanut Butter: 30-50%

Without Peanut Butter: 60-70%

Usually 70-90. I've actually had 99 before, and it was very hard to eat.

Again useless without context. Munching a chockie bar requires 50-60%. Cooking chocolate 70-90%. A posh chockie bar designed to actually be eaten a section at a time (rather than just pigged) could be 70-80%. Posh selections could use anything from milk chock to uber dark 90%.

All good, all nice in their place.

Too high, and the chocolate is too brittle.
