I cannot imagine those market forces or social pressure being sufficient. Too much incentive to cheat.

2) People get broke, need to survive
3) Grow own food
4) Get surplus, make a living

Sure it can, and has. You don't have to call it art, but that doesn't really matter. Plenty of stuff that I wouldn't consider art that's made by humans is considered to be art, no matter what I might think.

There is always going to be *some* human input anyway, whether it's with the actual creation of the AI or its maintenance.

A computer can paint a pretty picture. A computer can compose a harmonious chord progression. A computer can write an interesting story. None of it will ever be art though.

I disagree with your definition of art completely, but let's assume that that's what art is. Sure, right now computers can't have thoughts or ideas or emotions, but in the future that could very well change.

Even without such a change, you can for sure call a computer generated image art. A dog could create art by stepping in paint and walking all over a sheet of paper, even. The creator of art doesn't need to be conscious in order for it to be art - art is art in the eyes of the observer, not the creator.

I think there's a real lack of supply and assets. I currently pay rent and have about a table's worth of lawn. Expecting me to grow food at a surplus is not feasible.

There's the second problem, as long as commodities have utility to 'the rich' they will keep on pushing up the price of that commodity. It's why housing prices are so high near downtown of robust cities. This means that the price of commodities will continue to rise, maybe not relative to the incomes of those who have wealth, but certainly for those who have a slower rate of income growth (i.e., the farmers). This would price all types of essentials out my ability to buy.
