-We can agree to a demiliatrized zone along our borders (but be more specific in how far into each side of the border) and a two turn NAP.
-We will recognize your claims in Africa if you do not aggresively expand around ours cutting off our expansion.
-We find this statement very insulting when we said we were going to help Abysinnia and Siam modernize in the thread. We also signed a treaty with Siam with a defensive pact. We of course will respect the borders of Saxony but we will not let you gain complete control of Africa by guarenteeing everyones "independence". We will agree to this part to an extent but we will not continued to be falsely accused and insulted by the Austrian Reich for aggression we have not even shown.
- The last point of the blockade is worded in a confusing way. Our you saying we are not allowed to impose a blockade on members of your alliance or protectorates without first consulting you? This we cannot agree to either if it is that way because it is infinging on our rights to soviergnty.
We do not infringe on your allies soviergn rights and we do not know why you are doing all this. We will aplogize for our beginning statements for saying Abysinnia was in the British domain but we have already withdrawn from that. We do not need to give up all these rights to repair relations with Austria. Austria also needs to apologize for its false accusations and twisting our diplomatic wording into a way that makes us look like an aggressor on smaller nations and nations part of the Axis. Instead we ask Austria do this:
A more fair purposal
-Austria will not interfere or purposely slow the colonial expansion of the Union of the Rhine. The Union of the Rhine will also not interfere or purposely slow the colonial expansion of Austria. Both parties will not under any circumstance purposely surround their neighbor's colony to cut them off from further expansion. The claims made in Africa by the Austrian, Ottoman Empire and the Union of the Rhine (Below) are the final claims to the region and anything after that is fair game.
-Austria will not invade lesser nations if the Union of the Rhine is forbidden to do so also.
-Both nations are allowed to make territorial exchanges with colonial powers under the protection of both parties with of course the nation's permission.
-Austria and the Union of the Rhine are to demilitarize their corresponding border for a length of 50 milies on each side.
-Austria and the Union of the Rhine are to sign a two turn NAP and once this expires a MPP may be accepted by both parties. This of course can be upgraded once again to the German League including the nations of Saxony, Austria and the Union of the Rhine if agreed by all three parties.
-Austria is to recognize our claims in Africa and in turn the Union of the Rhine will recognize Austria's African claims in Africa.
-Areas outlined in cyan are claimed by the Union and also the Ottoman and Austrian claims to Africa.

If you want balance of powers in the region then I suggest you lower your power, since such vast terrain would most certainly give you dominance in the south. We are not challenging all your claims in Africa, but merely try to tell you to shrink them.
