Gah thats one of the things i hate about civcol. The America map starts everyone near south america. Even though only two of the civs should be there.

They actually have settlements in south South America (how is that an actually accurate representation of a geographical location)?

Simple solution. just say that somehow Quebec teleported into Southern America. And then Rename the cities

I believe only England is in the Northern Hemisphere

Civ col doesn't do geographically realistic. I had to hand place everyone for my story.
