@Varwnos: you could by-pass some of the complexity with a nanonic thing that releases a few dozen neurotransmitters, as long as it has a very fine network of releasers/uptakers. You can signal cells with pd (voltage) as well as chemicals - cell signalling is ligand-gated and voltage-gated.

Stay away from Kung Fu, Karate, and other worthless "martial arts" that won't do squat in a fight.

For martial arts, I'd take kickboxing, vale tudo, muay thai, brazilian jiu jitsu, and (most importantly) freestyle wrestling.

I dunno fifty, I've seen videos of Sholin Monks and they look pretty badass. I've heard Tai Kwon Do is a pretty weak forum though.

You gotta admit, that's pretty badass. I haven't researched what cities offer that training yet though.

I suppose things that you could actually learn thru real life practice. Basically thru mental and/or physical study and practice. Basically if you couldn't add it to your mental or muscle memory in real life than the machine can't help you.
