In our ambitions to control the world of Mobius, we DECLARE WAR on the black nation next to us (Shinobi?) in order to enslave and subjectivate their people and force them to serve us. We rush all our armies in in order to take their poorly defended territories, attack the spots that are as little defended as possible.

When war is declared, both sides are allowed to arm themselves with whatever resources they have left.
The Shinobi purchase 5 armies. Venom gets 4.
Each Shinobi border province has 4 defenders. Likewise for each Venom frontier.
The Shinobi have a +3 to all rolls due to superior Army tech. Given that rolls are currently from 1-10, this is going to shift things in their favor HUGELY.
Oh well, too late.

Accordingly, everyone who knows of Venom has a casus belli on them. Considering how weak the flanks of Venom are this could be an opportunity...

The Bride of Constant Vigil knows risks have made the Shinobi powerful before. With their solid military advantage, she decides the time has come to attack.
1 Province, defenseless, is captured instantly by 4 armies.
3 armies attack 2.

The Bride calls an end to assaults after that, not wanting to push the Clan's luck. In the meantime, both states now have 18 provinces; the Shinobi have 12 armies to Venom's 8 though. Andross is paying the price for neglecting his training procedures.

Mexico, after expanding, decides to seek out the Brotherhood's assistance.
The Brotherhood makes each Master Shard, provided there are no Chaos Emeralds in your possession, have a 15% chance of producing a Chaos Crystal. This will make the Brotherhood more beneficial. If you have emeralds, they instead power those up(which also get a bonus from Master Shards).
Therefore, Mexico has 2 15% chances to get Chaos Crystals from now on!

If I remember correctly, there is a range for which you can do diplomacy (including war) in the earlier ages. Im sure im out of that range, given that you are half the map away...

History: after the destruction of their home planet of Helghan, Stahl gathered up the few survivors that were left and left to find to find a new planet to colonize. knowing such a task could take years Stahl purposely caused a freak accident that jumped all of them into the future. on 3324, the helghast found the planet mobius. scouts have reported, however, there were other inhabitants on the planet. humans (who the helghast hate and evolved from) mobians (regarding them as freaks of nature), and overlanders (who, oddly enough, view them as brothers and sisters.) now that the helghast have landed it's time for the sons and daughters of helghast to reclaim their former glory
