Imperium Offtopicum - UN Building

Updated statistics:

Petrograd: 5
China: 8
Status quo: 3

It would be nice if we could close the gap a little more.

The following territories are under disputed ownership:

Oh yeah, I'm also playing this game, aren't I?

UN question:
The Hetmanate supports Petrograd's claim to Krasnoyarsk for two reasons: first, Petrograd was technically the first prospective claimant, and second, the krai's cultural and historical association with Russia lends greater credence to Petrograd than to China.

Kazakh dispute:
The Hetmanate established some time ago its intent to unite Kazakhstan. While we wish for a peaceable solution to this standoff, we can offer no concessions relevant to China's interest, nor will we be satisfied until we have dominion over the country in its entirety.

China on both

Also let the record show that the Hetmanate's attempt to open a dialogue on this issue was scorned.

This raises an interesting question actually. Much of eastern Kazakhstan is already internationall recognized as Chinese territory. Will the Hetmanate dispute Chinese ownership over these territories as well?

We shall. We won't "dispute" it per se, but we will use every available avenue to negotiate a transfer of mandate. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but we shall not consider the matter closed until our authority is complete. Kazakhstan is the only other country the Hetmanate holds any vested interest in.

...Probably once the Sino-Japanese war wraps up, if it ever does.
PEACE THROUGH POWER!
