Byzantium wasn't designed for this world. seriously. my army size is 2 million with 6 million reservists, my economy is a mere 10 trillion GDP and i added a weakness for good measure. we lack the industry for a prolonged warfare. im basically the Germany of the modern world, strong has heck, but relies on speed.

my military? im increasing it to 3 million.
my reservists? fine reduced to nothing. ( increased main army to compensate)

on a side note i am passing the Byzantine conservation act. it will reduce consumption of everythign pretty much but will not change the import or export rate. anything extra will be stored.

i'm also decommissioning most of the navy. i will have only 3 Aircraft carriers (BRS Enterprise, Justinian and Basil) 9 destroyers ( plus a few extra) for each Aircraft carriers with submarine detection ability, no battleships, few transports.

We would like all of the Canary Islands to fall under Carthagistani control. Otherwise, we are happy with this proposal.

The acceptance of alliance means that the Canaries are no longer quite as vital, now that Maryland, Carthagistan's and the Marian Empire's interests are closer to eachother.

As a result, the Empire will happily abandon any attempts to control the Canaries or Madeira.
