While we will retain stockpiles and reserve the right to use it against an army or nation that has used it against the Soviet people we halt all operations of it in India. We furthemore request all nations sign a pledge to the same affect having seen the devestation in India.

The Communists in France were never rebels. The French government disintegrated in a USCA lead plot of assaination. Need I remind you that the leader of the French Communist party at the time was also killed in this plot. While there is no true successor government can be declared in France after the disentrgation of the central government the same cannot be said for England. Here the so called Free English fight against the rightfully elected government of England.

AH its one of those updates. Meh, whine and ***** as much as you'd like, some things may be changed but others will certainly not. These are my favorite kinds of updates.

Firstly:
OOC: IMO my generals should still have made the Panama operation. This was the major part of my campaign and sucha a minor disturbance shouldn't canncel the entire operation. What the hell are they thinking? Most of them were involved in the USCA war, and I would expect them to be happy about an opportunity to "pay back", even in such a minor way (violation of admiral law I guess). Noboy would have been hurt, or atleast nobody who counted.
I ordered more then just the initial "taking" of the canal afterall.
Also, I wonder why part 3 of my plan wasn't carried out either. I seriously wonder what my generals are doing all the time. Third time an entire operation wasn't carried out at all. Some 100.000 soldiers should be on the OTHER side of the border.
I hope atleast that my blockade is in effect.

You even knew that my operations would involve the Panama Canal, as we talked about the matter in detail.
You even offered me to help me. Actually you even wanted to send troops, on a misson to conquer Panama for yourself.
Therefore I see your actions as a direct attack on the war effort and on Brazil itself.
If you do not withdraw ANY claims on the Panama Canal and on Panama in general and declare COMPLETE neutrality in this conflict, you will be considered as an enemy of Brazil and therefore we will treat you as an enemy deserves.

This deal was made before the declaration because of extenuating cirumstances, and you were informed of it. Don't act surprised Tossi.
Not true at all. I offered you help by giving you technologies so this situation wouldn't happen. Why would i discuss military action if i was purchasing the land. You rejected the technologies, unwilling to negotiate.
Then you must be blind. I am in the right here, and my offers of placation and help still stand but this is no attack as the matter was settled BEFORE your declaration. You are simply looking to expand out of South America into Central America. I will remain friendly with you, and i suggest you do the same.
As a Christian nation, we will simply turn the other cheek and remain friendly. We still extend the olive branch, but the Canal zone is ours. We will withdraw claims on the Panama Canal, and the Canal of the USCA is the only Canal that links the two seas. It has been renamed, and we withdraw claims on Panama, because the lands you refer to are now the States of Veraguas and Colon.

We know the Free English are rebels but that does not make what they are doing is wrong. We ask in the sake of peace another election that is fair so the Free English will lay down their arms. If you refuse you will be fighting a long war in lands that refuse to allow you to occupy them. Much of English proper will be devastated and the main casulties will once again be civilians.
