I don't think you can make the normal distribution look scary... Why not go for a Devil's Straircase?

That's some scary graphage.

But it's only the normal distribution by day... by night, it transforms into a much stranger beast... like Hyde to its Jekyll - the Half-Normal Distribution. Half of it's normal; you really don't want to know what the other half gets up to. Really.
