Whenever I try to change my avatar to one of these, I get a box telling me its an invalid file.

Try right clicking on the picture you like and then save it to your pictures, that's how I get all my avatars.

I don't like the result tbh.

We all know it was directed at Abaddon, but traditionally, when telling a joke, it's best to make sure it actually fits the material. That's why my pink shirt joke doesn't work without me wearing a pink shirt, and your "abaddon shags underage girls" joke doesn't work when the girl in question isn't underage.

No, it's an actual surgical mask model that I found that I added into Garry's Mod.
