Well I for one, suggest that more and more people choose furry avatars despite not being furry. I've lost count at this point of people with animals for avatars yet who are not furry! I'll restart the avatar wars on them!

...most ironic is I've seen some people who insult furries with furry avatars. I lol so hard at that. Sooo hard.

Start with things you know. Do you have any favorite cartoon animals, i.e. Crash Bandicoot, Mickey Mouse, Sonic the Hedgehog, etc.? That's a pretty good place to start if one wants to go furry.

Or, do as Yared and others - I assume - do: find an animal you identify with and use that. :3

I would, but it looks too effeminate for me, and I'm sexist when it comes to Gods. ...I kid you not. Anubis rocks my socks, but all the female Gods of the East get thrown under the rug...
