his arguments describing the staged demolition and cutter charges used to take out core columns are well researched ... pity he did not take time to to see what made the construction of the twin towers so unique and famous ... they had no core columns

I don't think you can refute it. I think its crap but what can you do?

Conspiracy theories generally don't claim to be able to prove themselves concretely. For instance, nobody can prove that the illuminati have been ruling the world for the past 200 years, but people believe it anyway (I don't, I think its crap.)

Even the "Better" conspiracy theories can only exist because they can't be proven wrong, you can never conclusively prove them right. For instance, while I personally do not know whether Obama was born in the US, I think its more likely to prove he was born here than that he wasn't.

My point being, you can't prove a conspiracy theory wrong. There just isn't evidence that it is true, therefore it probably isn't.

They're pretty objectively not. The government can't cover up a freaking burglary; I doubt they can handle blowing up a building, or whatever flavor of conspiracy you like..
