7. Your country’s stats. (see second spoiler)
8. History
9. Anything else crucial.

Mechanics:

Spoiler :
Stats:

Charisma - Effects how many Political Points you get per turn.
Honor - Effects military strength.
Salesmanship - Effects how much Pencil Shavings will be earned per turn.
Luck - Effects outcomes.

You can put 25 points into the above skills. You can’t put any more than 10 or any less than 0 into the skills.

Points and other mechanics:

Political Points are used for exploration and taking of territories and making political decisions. You can’t have more than 20 Political Points. It costs 2 Political Points to explore neutral territory (use a gray color to distinguish exploration.) 4 points to take territories (use a color, any color except black, white, or gray, to distinguish taking territories.) Exploring territories can cause positive or negative effects. If you take territories without exploring them, there will be negative effects.

Military units affect the outcomes of battles. You can’t have more than 50 total military units. Army Units are for ground battles and costs 5 Pencil Shavings. Naval Units are for sea battles and costs 10 Pencil Shavings. You can’t take land across a body of water without Naval Units. You can’t take other people’s territories without Army Units.

Pencil Shavings are the universal currency. You can’t have more than 50 Pencil Shavings. They are used for buying military and making political decisions. You can also sell territories and military units, just name your price.

Political decisions can affect how you perform in the game. You can only make one decision per phase. I’ll decide how much Political Points and Pencil Shavings it’ll cost and what it’s effects are. The RNG will decide the outcome.

Government: Presidential Dictatorship

Taiga: What is that, a picture for ants?

Ilya: It was literally the only one Ninja could find that didn't have text on it!

Taiga: SHAMEFUL DISPLAY!!!

Her Majesty the Glorious, Young and Beautiful President: Taiga Fujimura (left)

Student Vice-President No 1 Ilya von Einzbern (right)

Ministers will come later. I intend to have a lot of Type-Moon cameos though, I might not include all of them on this post. The main people featured in the RP will be Taiga and Ilya though.

Statistics:

Charisma: 5 – Taiga is pretty charismatic. In a way. There should be more here, but we ran out of points.
Honour: 10 – Much of the nation is filled with people and creatures that, by themselves, could destroy a city without breaking a sweat. As in one person could destroy a city all by themselves. It’s OP.
Salesmanship: 0 – “Money once gotten should be immediately spent!” If there is one thing that Taiga is not, that is good with money.
Luck: 10 – Taiga has the equivalent of EX rank luck. She has saved mankind by merely existing three times over the course of one night. It’s OP.

History: After Taiga's constant demands for a fourth season of Carnival Phantasm, another Carnival moment swept the nation (watch up until the bit before the intro). After a series of absurd events involving Lancer's E-rank luck, the whole of Southern Japan was thrown into anarchy. Only through luck the wisdom and experience of President Taiga Fujimura was she able to form a new nation. ITS STARTING!

However this offset the natural of the world and the new Musical France was sent to an alternate insane world.

Spoiler History :
The Manx Imperium came about through the period of anarchy that both the UK and Ireland suffered, for in the fog of war a Manx eccentric known as Michael Barefoot launched a crusade to unite the Isle of Man from chaos. Michael would then go on to lay claims to Ulster, Northern England and Southern Scotland; the result was his declaration of himself as Emperor of Man, while the title "the Storming" granted to him in honour of his blitzkrieg. He would go on to lay waste to Wales, though this invasion in its success had a epilogue of sorrow as a wound allowed a fungal infection to bring the Emperor to his fate.

After Michael his son Magnus I bought Middle England and the rest of Ireland and Scotland under Manx control, only to be stabbed in the neck by a assassin wearing a V mask. The successor, Magnus II, managed to claim Conrwell and rest of England safe Kent but the system of nobility the Manx adopted proved damaging as local nobles demanded increased autonomy, resulting in a bloody civil war that saw half of the Manx Imperium declare independence successfully. Regarded as weak Magnus II was forced to give up his throne to his sister Ysbal to end the civil war. Ysbal would go on to regain not just the lost lands but to conquer Kent as well, uniting the whole of the British Isles under the Manx yoke. An fever of imperialism leaded Ysbal to invade Brittany and a increased pride allowed Aedan the Holy to become the first Priest King of the Manx Imperial Church, which proclaimed the monarch as the supreme representatives of God's will on Earth. However Ysbal faced her own opposition and was forced off the throne by Roger Quine, via his Barefoot mother.

Roger the Usurper would find his rule short; he fought against the Barefoots who sought the throne back and in the end lost the crown; much of the British Isles once again gained freedom from the Manx in the chaos. Patrick I earned the throne in the end of House Barefoot, laying some stability before he was assassinated by a unknown culprit. He was succeeded by his sister Vorgell the Wealthy, who earned her nickname from vast economic developments at expense of reclaiming imperial lands lost, a rule that ended with her murder by the hands of Magnus III, her brother. Naturally a kin-slayer founded himself unpopular; Magnus III was forced to seek asylum in France for his own protection, allowing his cousin Patrick Flanagon (Patrick's mother was a Barefoot).

Patrick II ruled to maintain the land while developing the economy; a strict but fair ruler he been. This was overshadowed however by a paranoia in the latter half of his reign which saw him establish the Civil Imperial Security Agency (the Secret Police) and set edicts confirming further the supposed godhood of the monarchy. Patrick in the end died in what appeared to be a simple fishing accident, allowing his daughter Margaret to claim the throne. Margaret began a policy of slow reclaim policy of Welsh, Scottish, Irish and English lands for the Imperium but she in the end would die in a car accident while on a tour in Belfast.

How Patrick II's nephew Sylvester Flanagon has claimed the throne; a man of great ego who some exiled Manx proclaim is responsible for the "accidents" that doomed his uncle and cousin. Sylvester does not just dream of reuniting the British Isles but to also go further than Ysbal in conquering the Isles of Man. he now envisions his god emperor rule over as much of the world as possible. Can this mad dream be stopped?
