Before the Third World War the country of Ukraine was already feeling the stings of destruction, faced with Russian desire of reclaiming; WW3 just lit the fuse and ended the independence of Ukraine. Though the war ended with Russia’s downfall Ukrain remained in the hance of a determined Russian occupation force, which only grew in zeal as refugees fled from the war ravaged cities of their motherland. Once Russian states began to emerge their own sovereign what was the Russian-Ukrainian border continued to face great migration of persons, as in the 2090s oligarchs from Russia began moving to the area to the area of the Black Sea to begin new business opportunities, often to replace those lost in the war.

Among the oligarchs was a brilliant genetic engineer by the name of Fyodor Yartsev, whose bio-engineering company, Novyye Genezis Vklyucheny or New Genesis Incorporated, took to the new possibility.

Around the 2100s the Republic of Taurica finally emerged from the Ukrainian and Russian communities but its live was short; in the 2110s a rise in socialist movements and the then president Zoryana Popova’s assassination by fascists resulted in a power struggle as elements of the military strived for “peace and order” at the expense of dissident movements, which grew to include the democratic elements of Taurica. Yartsev and other corporate figures backed General Ivan Moroz in his joint Ukrainian-Russian attempt to secure order in the Crimea and become the dominant but after his victory the corporations took advantage of his weakened state and hired mercenaries to lay their claim to the area. Having gain significant influence over the other corporations through his genetic research and political alliances Yartsev took the role as president of the Corporate Republic of Taurica but what was perceived to be a move towards a corporate held republic turns its head as Yartsev used allies in the military to deal with CEOs he fell out with and ensured others were in line when he laid his claimant as president for live.

Yartsev however took on himself to lay the foundations for a new order.

In the 2120s Yartsev grew convinced that genetic advancements could be ultised to make a hard working (and loyal) populace, while also taking interest in cybenrnetics and the potential they hold. Heeding council with his fellow executives President Yartsev lay out a blue print for a new capital, nicknamed “the Conclave,” as the bedrock of a new ordered society with the corporations as the gatekeepers for its digilance and security. His society however drew out any desire for individualism and traditional concepts of collectivism in line socialist thought, instead promoting a collectivism which the corporations were the emodiement of the peoples, selling this as a way to ensure the companies would have greater power but also Yartsev was convince that his corporate collectivist philosophy would promote ‘peace and order’ in Taurica. He would live to see his vision enforced; he succumbed to illness in 2129, passing his post to a select committee of executives from the biggest companies and his fellow scientists in New Genesis Incorporated. His ideology would slip the foundations of a era which would see Taurica turned into the Corporate Union of Taurica as corporate oligarchy came to be the order of the day.

The 2130s and 2140s would in CCC texts be regarded as the “designers years,” as not only was the foundation of what would become the Conclave were layed but undesirable elements, such as resurgent Soviet dreams, Ukrainian nationalist movements desiring their nation back and others horrified at the visions of Fyodor Yartsev, were cleansed in the time as the would be father of a new order strived to ensure dominion. The Conclave and the organisation that it gave birth to, the Corporate Collective Conclave, were born around 2148, constructed to honour Yartsev and to serve as the central hub for the Conclave Council, a body which would allow the executives of the new CCC to conduct executive, legislative and judicial procedures. The 2150s began the efforts to lay control over the genetic makeup of the citizens and a expansion to ensure the dominion of the new corporate empire. Yet there were hurdles; New Genesis Incorporated was forced to break up after facing both bankruptcy and militant pressure from rivals, resulting in what was the largest and most powerful of the corporations to be split into three; though these three would maintain power through the legacy of Yartsev the Iskhod Corporation, Libo Rassvet Incorporated and Genezis Co-operative were shadows of their former glory.

Over the years the companies of the CCC grew powerful, the executives laying themselves over the masses through developments in both genetic engineering and cybernetics, creating a police state which wealth marked power and those with little wealth were to be sacrifice if need be for the greater good of the Corporate Collective Conclave. 15 years ago the Conclave launch a operation towards the Mediterian for protection of both routes and a vision to monopolise the Black Sea as a Conclave dominion. They laid attempt to claim the Bosphorus Strait, paranoid that a blockade against their merchants would hinder them and also desiring the city of Istanbul as a prestigious marker of . They succeeded and laid a secondary attempt of maritime expansion 7 years later to heed claim to Çanakkale as to settle a trade dispute the Zhuk Corporation had with the local authorities. Both Istanbul and Çanakkale are now under the lock down of the CCC in greed for their maritime security. Constana was also taken over by the Iskhod Corporation for trade security and to compete with the Zhuk Corporation’s claimant of Çanakkale.

Now with maritime security the CCC desires to aquire outer markets, for its own enrichment and its scientific desire to seek out Yartsev vision of a peoples ordained in superior genetics and cyber harmony.

Spoiler Description of Society :

A collective corporate society, essentially ruled as a police state by the olargic Conclave Council, with power laying in the hands of the wealthy, though those of scientific expertise do process their privilages in this society by the virtue that, for Yartzev, knowledge is the ultimate wealth. Roles are everything: names are set in given name, caste, a Greek letter representing their position within the caste and the name of the corporation they are linked with. Those who are without caste or corporation are as good as dead, to use as guinea pigs freely, though the lower castes do, time to time, end up being used as part of an experiment be with the ‘odd’ disease outbreak and the chemical additions in food stocks.

Society is divided into castes, representing the roles of the populace.
Designers are the engineers and scientists of the CCC, serving as the highest caste in respect to both Yartzev and the importance of a researcher bedrock to fill the cyber-genetic ambitions of the CCC. Despite their rank they only take ceremony roles in the Conclave Council, though the Triad does require a designer to be chosen as the head.

Executives serve as the official ruling caste, second only to the designers; they include the CEOs of the corporations and have membership of the Conclave Council.

The Traders or “mouths” as they are nicknamed are the third highest, whom are the only ones that can “promote” themselves in caste if they prove themselves worthy of an executive position. They also serve as the official diplomats of the CCC.

Sentinels are the military, ordained with the office of guarding and claiming for the CCC. They are the fourth caste, ensuring police enforcement, military defence and private protection for traders heading off to foreign lands that may process puritans who may want to do harm to the cyber and genetic enhance merchants.
The Foremen caste represent the civil service, factory foremen, farming overseers and other such positions.

The skilled labourers or the Crafters caste are the sixth, granted luxuries that do not bark to lower caste but are ultimately the highest of the subordinate castes. They process mechanics, carpenters, and masons.

The Producers are the seventh lower caste, often represented of factory workers and farm workers.

The eight caste are the Servers, who serve in the service industry and arts.

Last and least are the Hands. This lowest caste goes by another names: the Raskhodnyye Materialy or Consumables AKA Expendables, also going by the name of Clogs. Not only are they limited to the lowliest of physical roles but are subjected to genetic experiments.

Castes are determined after a series of tests on 12 year olds; these tests focus on genetic design, physical qualities, mental capabilities and whether the subjects are in line with the rhetoric of the CCC. Those of sixth caste or higher are sent for education and training; the rest are sent to work.


The whole is all for the CCC, for citizens are exected to serve the collective cause of their corporation and the Conclave. The usage of “recycling tanks” allow the CCC to increase their ability to export agriculture goods, since they are able to use their deceased citizens as a means to ensure protein within their populace; it is every citizen’s final duty to go into the tanks and become one with all the people after all.

One of the most notable chances for a trader to gain promotion is if they partake in a trading operation into foreign markets, for the CCC desires to spread itself into as many economic forums as possible and to acquire technologies through the usage of merchant networking. The corporations of the CCC are keen to expand their influence.
