Inglacialis Terra (Unfrozen Land)
Backstory: The sun has started to use up its fuel and its starting to grow, the Arctic and Antarctic have melted, and every continent is bathed in ultra-violet radiation and life is impossible on every continent, except Inglacialis Terra, the melted antarctic. Under the ice a land of fertile land, lakes, flowing rivers and oil lies. You must save your people and colonize this safe heaven.
Roleplay and Banning: 1950's tech, players that meta game and misbehave will be banned for 1 turn, 2 turns or forever
Short Description: This IOT is the back to the basics, the only complicated thing is army movement.
Claims: You get 5 beginning claims and 3 claims each turn, when making a nation, no stupid batmanistans, but I may allow corporations, you can make new nations but it would be awesome if you made new X (x-any nation) and stuff, the more stats the better
Economy: Well the game has IC, each territory gives you 1 IC, you must upkeep armies, so the formula is IC=NT+B-AU
Armies and Navies: You will have to move your army. You will get a selection of cool army sprites and everyone can pick one. Each army unit can contain 10 armies (this number will rise as you develop tech), an army costs 2IC and 1IC to upkeep, for each army you need a general, generals cost 8IC but nothing to upkeep, navies can have infinite amount in fleet, each navy costs 4IC and 2IC to upkeep. Nukes will be explained later.
Battle System: Each army gives you a roll (1-10), you can increase you chance by supplying your army, that is spending IC (each IC raises the outcome score by 5%), tech level and battle plans, just take a map and show me your strategy.
