I said we SHOULD give large territories an advantage to counteract the advantages small territories already have, so its a tradeoff.

I know I'm negotiating ahead, but I see no reason we can't leave you alone if you play India. At least, in the immediate future.

I also should note Ilduce wants Japan, as he told me in PM.

On topic of Maps:

I really don't like the idea of crazy small provinces, with Florida, a Medium-Large State, cut up into Five Pieces. I'd like to see each state one territory. However, I'd like some advantage (Number of Troops you can put in increased, difficulty of taking the territory increased, a little of both, or something else) given as an advantage to large territories.

I'd like it if territories were designed so that each territory had around an equal usefulness. For example, Arctic provinces and provinces in the Sahara would be much larger than provinces in, say, Europe.

You know this is before the states were states, right? It'd make more sense to do them by tribe, if anything.

First of all, Ilduce called them, if we were counting Dibs.

Secondly, Omega would just help me conquer you and we'd spawn Ilduce out of your land.

Thirdly, Dibs aren't recognized until the game anyway. I just was posting it just in case they were, but they aren't.
