I would be interested.
Before you look at it, remember that I'll be keeping track of player's LPs for them.![]()
I think you can do better than that map. For one thing, it has too many territories. I suggest using the one I made for ilduce's IOT.

I'm thinking of starting a IOT set entirely in Antarctica, would anybody be interested in a game like this or will I be wasting my time?
The flooded earth map with a new continent, the provinces have not been finished yet but if anyone wants to use it like this feel free

I don't see the problem with having too many territories though. Sure, in ilDuce's, he would have to manage economies and the like but my IOT would keep the "five claims" deal, making things relatively stable.
That's the thing; it'd take forever to claim or conquer someone in war. Something I quickly found out with IOTVI.
While I like the Vicky map (Sonereals is the vicky map right?)
I think Tailles' is better. Alot of the territories look better, plus its easier to manage.
Combat will either be a return to OFP, time willing, or a variation on tailless' formula.

So, um... because I'm a glutton for punishment, I've been pondering the second chapter of IOT4 in Reiser's absence. If it goes to launch, it would probably be in late Spring. The catch is, I'd need to get a census of which players are likely to return.
I'm also trying to determine what rule changes will be necessary for the post-apocalyptic setting. Combat will either be a return to OFP, time willing, or a variation on tailless' formula. I've considered implementing weapons-grade nuclear research and development, although thus far I haven't determined an appropriate method. The biggest change would be introducing the Abhorrents as an independent faction tied to radioactive contamination.
