Oh, one thing about Tailless' rules. It says that you can get Caucus Belli if someone has different government or religion than you do. I disagree with that. America is a testimony to the fact that governments can't always get citizens to support wars with different governments or religions. I think that that rule would discourage people from trying to make more creative countries and just leave us a bunch of similarly governed countries.

i disagree. a democracy is the best form of the Government. everything else isnt has good. communism is fundamentally flawed, fascism is too unstable, absolute monarchy is too old.

constitutional monarchy is best.

I'm assuming since it was mentioned that people shouldn't have communism, then democracies and fascist countries would be frowned upon too. I'm not talking RL politics, though; I just think it would make hte game more boring if everyone tried to have the same government so no one could get Causus Belli against them. I also don't think that a country having a different government is a good reason to declare war.
