Okay, so my next IOT will either be the sequel to my previous one, or an EU3-based one.
By EU3-based, I mean I'll be using
this map(Unless somebody can find me the D&T map, imo it looks better plus Byzantium doesn't suck in the start date for that mod. Or someone could give me a full-map screenshot of the D&T start and I could color all the nations in using HJ's map.), I'll be borrowing over all diplomatic options(Including integrating and diplo-annexing), full-scale war mechanics(As in just because you take a province doesn't mean you own it), COT's, country forming(IE, Brandenburg/TO forming Prussia, England/Scotland forming Great Britain, etc)[That is mostly done through RP], and army caps. Stuff could be added to the list if I remember another mechanic that could make for an interesting IOT but still be possible for me. Yes, there is no balance between say, Castille and Luxembourg. Just like normal EU3. We'll just have to hope that our players are cooler than to pick the overpowering nations

.
Also, only Europe/north Africa/West Middle East will be viable starts. This is because I honestly don't feel like doing about three IOT's at once. However, as more nations are reviled they become unlocked to play as. And if a nation is somehow kicked out of their homeland, they become a new nation via colony. Let's say, Portugal is kicked out of Iberia and now governs over Brazil, what was their colony. They then must become a Brazilian nation. The player will
have to write an rp or face major stability affects and/or automatic secession across their lands.
edit: Should I keep the wasteland provinces wastelands or try my hand at map-making and divide them into smaller provinces? Or just keep them that big?
My interest is honestly geared towards the EU3 one, but I wanna see which is more interesting to you guys.
