I'm going to intervene here a bit. First, I'm not entirely sure if you're trying to actively trade right now (the game hasn't staeted yet after all ). Also, when trading it is goods for money, not goods for goods. You could buy $20 of Foodstuffs and sell $20 of textiles.

Belgium would desire to trade with Grenada. For your cocoa and other foodstuff, we are willing to give you some of our foodstuff and our fine chocolates. Each will measure equally as messured as $50 for each of our nations in the total of messurments. We will like to be sure it is fair trade though so we require to be sure you are allowing fair trade regulations.

In other news Belgium wishes to have a calling of fellow European nations about possible debates on the European Union.

Yes, you can make unbalanced trades, I recommend it in fact. Remember, you need 2 different trades, don't just lump them together. That being said, it's still accepted, 6 points to Slytherin, erm, New Zealand and Grenada!
