No orders were received for Russia (even a week after the deadline), so a hold order is issued to all units.

England has 1 build
Germany has 2 builds
Austria has 2 builds (Austria very nearly achieved the elusive hat trick!

Build orders would normally be due in 24 hours, but I will grant an extra day because of the delay. Orders are thus due on Wednesday, May 8 at 5:00 PM EST.

France, while it doesn't understand why the Ottomans moved their army to Syria, does wish to say that this is nobody's business but the Turks.
Also, did you really think that I would be so stupid as to not see that attack on Marseille coming Italy, do not let it happen again or our nations will have more than a few words thrown across the boarder.

That situation is the textbook example of a self bump. You're lucky he actually moved to Marseille, or else you would have been down Spain and unable to build in Marseille.

good point, i thought that he was going to take it, so i moved my army to make sure that happened and that he didn't take Marseille.
